In these Terms and Conditions, the following defined terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:
2.1 Age Restriction. The pk345 platform is strictly available to individuals who are 21 years of age or older at the time of registration. By creating an Account, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement. pk345 employs age verification procedures during the registration process and reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. Any Account found to have been registered by or on behalf of an individual under 21 years of age shall be immediately closed, all associated funds forfeited, and the matter referred to relevant authorities where legally required.
Important: Creating an Account on behalf of a minor, or allowing a minor to access your Account, is a serious violation of these Terms and applicable law. pk345 takes underage gambling prevention seriously and cooperates fully with regulatory authorities on all reported cases.
2.2 Geographic Eligibility. The pk345 platform is made available to players in jurisdictions where the use of international online gaming platforms is not expressly prohibited by applicable local legislation. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing pk345 is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering or playing. pk345 makes no representation that its Services are appropriate or available in all locations.
2.3 Capacity. You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. By accepting these Terms, you confirm that you are not subject to any legal disability that would prevent you from entering into contracts under applicable law.
2.4 Single Account Per Person. Each individual player is permitted to hold only one registered Account with pk345. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or device identities — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of all balances.
3.1 Registration Requirements. To access the pk345 Services, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information including a valid Pakistani mobile number, a secure password, and any additional information requested during the registration flow. You agree to update your Account information promptly whenever it changes.
3.2 Accuracy of Information. You warrant that all information provided during registration and throughout your use of pk345 is true, accurate, and not misleading. The provision of false or fraudulent information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in Account closure, forfeiture of balances, and legal action.
3.3 Identity Verification (KYC). pk345 is required to verify the identity of all players prior to processing withdrawal requests and in certain other circumstances determined by our compliance obligations. You agree to provide any documentation reasonably requested by pk345 for KYC purposes, including but not limited to:
3.4 Verification Delays. pk345 reserves the right to place a temporary hold on Account withdrawals pending completion of KYC verification. No interest shall accrue on funds held during such a period. pk345 shall endeavour to complete verification reviews within five business days of receiving complete documentation.
4.1 Credential Confidentiality. You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pk345 login credentials. You must not disclose your username, password, or any two-factor authentication codes to any third party, including family members, friends, or any individual claiming to represent pk345 support.
4.2 Unauthorised Access. You must notify pk345 immediately upon becoming aware of any actual or suspected unauthorised access to your Account. pk345 may be reached at the support contact details set out in Section 15. Until such notification is received by pk345, all activity on your Account — including any wagers placed or withdrawals requested — shall be deemed to have been authorised by you.
4.3 Account Sharing. The sharing of Account credentials with any third party for the purpose of allowing that party to access or use your Account is strictly prohibited. Any winnings generated through an Account accessed by an unauthorised party may be voided.
Security Tip: pk345 recommends activating two-factor authentication (2FA) from your Account security settings. This adds a second verification step that significantly reduces the risk of unauthorised access even if your password is compromised.
5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. pk345 currently accepts deposits via the following methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Habib Bank Limited (HBL), United Bank Limited (UBL), Meezan Bank, Raast, 1LINK, and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards. This list is subject to change at the discretion of pk345 and players are advised to check the Cashier section of their Account for the most current list of available payment methods.
5.2 Currency. All Account balances at pk345 are denominated and displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Deposits made in other currencies will be converted to PKR at the exchange rate applicable at the time of the transaction. pk345 does not charge conversion fees, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
5.3 Minimum Deposits. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed in the Cashier section at the time of transaction. As a general guide, JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits carry a minimum of Rs 200 per transaction.
5.4 Deposit Processing. JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits are credited to your pk345 Account immediately upon successful completion of the transfer. Bank transfers via HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank typically credit within 15 to 30 minutes during banking hours. Card payments are subject to standard processing timelines of the card network.
5.5 Own Funds Only. You may only deposit funds from payment methods that are held in your own name. Deposits from payment methods owned by third parties are strictly prohibited and may result in Account suspension and the voiding of any associated winnings.
6.1 Withdrawal Eligibility. Withdrawals may only be requested by players who have successfully completed KYC verification as set out in Section 3.3. Withdrawal requests submitted prior to the completion of verification will be placed in a pending state until verification is finalised.
6.2 Withdrawal Method. pk345 processes withdrawals to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, wherever technically feasible. In cases where this is not possible, pk345 will request alternative withdrawal details from the player. Withdrawals to third-party payment accounts are not permitted.
6.3 Processing Times. Withdrawal requests to JazzCash and EasyPaisa accounts are typically processed within one hour of approval. Bank transfers to HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank accounts are processed within one to three business days. Visa/Mastercard withdrawals follow the standard card network timeline which may extend to five business days.
6.4 Wagering Requirements on Bonuses. Any withdrawal request that includes Bonus Funds or winnings derived from Bonus Funds will only be processed after the applicable Wagering Requirement has been satisfied in full. Real money deposits that are not commingled with active bonus funds may be withdrawn at any time subject to KYC verification requirements.
Note: pk345 does not charge processing fees on withdrawals from its end. However, your payment provider (bank, mobile wallet, or card network) may apply their own transaction charges. Please consult your provider for applicable fees before submitting a withdrawal request.
7.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses and promotional offers made available through pk345 are subject to these general Terms and Conditions in addition to any specific terms published alongside the relevant promotion. In the event of any conflict between general bonus terms and promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.
7.2 Bonus Wagering Requirements. Unless expressly stated otherwise in promotion-specific terms, all bonus amounts credited to a pk345 Account must be wagered a minimum of thirty (30) times the bonus amount before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The specific Wagering Requirement applicable to each promotion is stated clearly in the promotion terms at the point of opt-in.
7.3 Eligible Games. Not all games available on pk345 contribute equally to Wagering Requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100% of each wager toward the Wagering Requirement. Live casino games, table games, and certain other game categories may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. The contribution rate for each eligible game is specified in the applicable promotion terms.
7.4 Bonus Expiry. Unless stated otherwise in the promotion terms, all bonuses credited to pk345 Accounts expire within seven (7) calendar days of being credited if the applicable Wagering Requirement has not been satisfied within that period. Expired bonuses and any winnings derived therefrom will be forfeited without further notice.
7.5 Bonus Abuse. pk345 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings, and to close Accounts, in cases where the Platform has reasonable grounds to believe that a player has attempted to abuse the bonus system through any means including but not limited to: creating multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion more than once, employing betting strategies designed to circumvent Wagering Requirements, or coordinating with other players to generate low-risk bonus conversions.
7.6 pk345 Rights Regarding Promotions. pk345 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who have already opted in to a promotion and commenced wagering under the published terms will not be adversely affected by any modification made after their opt-in date.
8.1 Game-Specific Rules. Each game available on the pk345 platform operates according to its own published rules, return-to-player (RTP) percentages, and paytable structures. These rules are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game, you confirm that you have reviewed and understood the applicable game rules.
8.2 Finality of Settled Bets. Once a wager has been settled by the pk345 system and the outcome recorded in your Account history, that settlement is final. pk345 will not reverse settled bets except in cases of demonstrable technical error or manifest clerical mistake, the determination of which rests solely with pk345.
8.3 Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction, network interruption, or system error that affects the outcome of a game or the recording of a wager, pk345 reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the staked amount to the player's Account. pk345 does not accept liability for any claimed losses resulting from technical malfunctions beyond the return of the stake amount for the affected bet.
8.4 Sportsbook Settlement. Cricket, PSL, and other sports betting markets offered on pk345 are settled in accordance with the applicable sports betting rules published on the platform. In-play bets are accepted subject to the odds and market status displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. pk345 reserves the right to void any sports bet placed after the relevant event outcome has already been determined.
8.5 Maximum Win Limits. Individual game titles and bet types may be subject to maximum win limits. These limits are disclosed within the game rules or applicable bet type terms. Any winnings in excess of a published maximum win limit will be capped at that limit and the excess forfeited.
9.1 General Prohibition. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pk345 platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms, entitling pk345 to immediately suspend or terminate your Account, void all associated wagers, forfeit all balances, and pursue any available legal remedies:

11.3 Player Content. To the extent that you submit any content to pk345 — including support messages, feedback, or reviews — you grant pk345 a worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable licence to use, reproduce, and display such content for operational and promotional purposes.
12.1 Service Availability. pk345 shall use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain continuous availability of the platform and its Services. However, pk345 does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical defects. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may result in temporary unavailability of all or part of the platform.
12.2 Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pk345's total liability to you — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — arising from or in connection with your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your pk345 Account in the thirty (30) day period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12.3 Excluded Losses. pk345 shall not in any circumstances be liable for: loss of profits, loss of business opportunity, loss of anticipated savings, indirect or consequential losses, or any claims made by third parties against you arising from your use of the pk345 platform.
12.4 Acceptance of Gaming Risk. You acknowledge and accept that online gaming involves financial risk. pk345 makes no representation that any player will profit from use of the platform. You agree to use the pk345 Services for entertainment purposes within the bounds of funds you can afford to lose.
13.1 Right to Amend. pk345 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where an amendment is material — meaning it substantively alters the rights or obligations of players — pk345 will provide not less than fourteen (14) days advance notice via email to registered Account holders before the amended Terms take effect.
13.2 Continued Use. Your continued use of the pk345 platform following the effective date of any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the platform and close your Account before the effective date of the change.
13.3 Current Version. The current version of these Terms and Conditions is always accessible at the /terms-conditions page of the pk345 website. The effective date at the top of this page indicates when the current version came into force.
14.1 Governing Law. These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pk345 holds its international gaming licence.
14.2 Internal Dispute Resolution. In the event of any dispute regarding bet settlement, Account balances, bonus terms, or any other aspect of your use of the pk345 platform, you must first raise the matter with pk345 customer support. pk345 commits to acknowledging all formal complaints within 48 hours and providing a substantive response within ten (10) business days.
14.3 Escalation. If you are not satisfied with the outcome of the internal complaint resolution process, you may escalate your complaint to the relevant alternative dispute resolution body specified in the licensing terms applicable to pk345 in your jurisdiction.
